Unlock the Secrets to Hitting Colombia’s Roads with Confidence!

The original article I had here is now part of an ebook. However, I will leave you with these snippets and a few of the topics I cover in the ebook.

Roads are an important part of road safety, more importantly driver behaviour is the most important aspect of road safety. As someone once said, “The most dangerous thing in Colombia is not a cartel , it’s the users of the road systems.”

If you intend to bring a vehicle, or buy a car and drive in Colombia, then having a good understanding of Spanish or knowing someone who speaks Spanish, is necessary to get you through the bureaucratic processes here. I have found very few people in Colombia who speak English and, I guess the same could be said for German and French. At the end of the day speaking at least some Spanish will add to your enjoyment of this country.

Some of the topics I cover.

  • Master the Rules of Colombia’s wild roads before you turn the key! P.11
  • Caught on Camera? The sneaky truth about Colombia’s speed traps!
  • Outsmart Speeding Fines with these clever Colombian driving hacks! P.14
  • Meet Colombia’s Drivers
